REQUIREMENTS:
• Total experience 5.5+ years
• Experience in Quality Engineering / Test Automation
• Strong expertise in Playwright (Must Have) and modern JS/TS automation frameworks
• Hands-on experience in E2E and API testing (REST APIs)
• Experience in microservices testing and distributed systems
• Knowledge of Contract Testing (Pact.io – Good to Have)
• Familiarity with Observability tools (New Relic – Good to Have)
• Strong understanding of Agile, BDD, TDD, and Shift-Left practices
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud environments (GCP preferred)
• Good understanding of performance testing and high-traffic systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build and maintain Playwright-based automation frameworks (E2E/UI)
• Design and execute API, integration, and contract tests
• Drive Shift-Left testing and automation strategy
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines for faster releases
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of applications
• Collaborate with teams to validate business logic and system behavior
• Implement monitoring/observability (e.g., New Relic) for production health
• Support UAT, releases, and production rollouts
• Continuously improve test coverage and quality standards
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fields
