Staff Engineer, CRM Salesforce (AI-enabled Application Development)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total Experience 6+ Years
• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and API integrations.
• Proficiency with Salesforce DX and DevOps processes.
• Experience with AI-driven development tools, generative AI assistants, prompt engineering, and AI-based testing.
• Understanding of ML model integration, NLP, and predictive analytics.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and static code analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce AI tools (Einstein GPT, Einstein Next Best Action) and relevant Salesforce certifications

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing and reviewing great quality code
• Integrate AI tools, including generative AI coding assistants, into Salesforce development workflows.
• Use AI for Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and integration code generation and optimization.
• Implement AI-based code reviews, quality checks, and automated documentation generation.
• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Utilize Salesforce DX and DevOps tools to streamline development, deployment, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with AI-driven testing tools, prompt engineering, and ML model integration via APIs.
• Apply NLP and predictive analytics concepts where applicable.
• Manage source control using Git and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
• Use static code analysis tools to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and release teams to embed AI-driven automation across the SDLC.
• Provide guidance on best practices for AI integration in Salesforce development to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
