Design, build and support functional features keeping in mind of scalability, resiliency and performance Be able to collaborate with teams across time zone and command a good working relationship within the scrum team and across the teams Keen on self learning and keeping relevant with emerging trends on software methodologies, containerisation, cloud and Candidate should be flexible for to adapt to diverse tech stacks and be able learn, build and move as we progress from set of projects to other. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience. 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD Relevant experience in application development and implementing (designing, coding and testing) Java based applications with exposure to both front end development frameworks and back-end processes. Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science or other Engineering discipline. Expertise in core Java, scripting, Hibernate, JavaScript, NoSQL, DB2 Database and Design Patterns. At least 3 years of experience building applications on one of the modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, Node JS or React. At least 1 year of experience building applications on Big Data stack with either spark, flink or any data engineering methodologies in java, scala or python. At least 3 years of experience building applications using Spring Boot. Experience in developing and architecting large-scale, production-grade applications. Familiar with parallel / distributed systems. Experience with metrics and evaluation for large systems. Experience with agile development incorporating Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery, utilizing technologies such as GIT, Maven, and Jenkins. Ability to create wireframes and responsive designs that result in a great user experience. Expert building web applications from the ground up. Experience in NoSQL such as MongoDB and Cassandra or in PostgreSQL. Knowledge of common data structures and ability to write efficient code in Python. Demonstrated knowledge of RDBMs and SQL with experience in building complex database queries based on the understanding of the data model is a big plus. Experience with messaging systems, including Kafka or Active MQ will be a plus. Enjoy working fast and smart, and able to grasp complex concepts to design and build algorithms from scratch. Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and leadership skills along with effective communication (both written and verbal) skills and the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise way. Ability to work in a complex organization to determine business and customer needs, providing the best solution to meet those needs. Strong teamwork focus and the ability to foster collaboration within and across teams. Passionate about learning and applying new technologies and takes pride in delivering working software. Candidate must be able to proficiently multi-task and be able to work independently or in a team environment.
