Staff Content Designer [CONSUMER]

As a Staff Content Designer on our team at HelloFresh, you’ll be instrumental in creating customer-centered experiences that convert prospects into loyal customers. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—Product, Design, Engineering, and Data—to drive initiatives within the activation and conversion funnels. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on content creation, giving you the chance to shape the future of customer acquisition.

• Enhance conversion experiences: Craft intuitive, seamless copy that communicates HelloFresh’s value, helping customers feel confident and informed.

• Lead experimentation and insights: Collaborate on A/B testing and use data insights to refine and personalize content across the customer journey.

• Champion UX writing standards: Ensure consistent, engaging communication by championing HelloFresh’s tone of voice and style guidelines across touchpoints.

• Define content strategy and systems: Develop content frameworks, modular systems, and service levels to support diverse product needs, balancing speed with quality.

• Collaborate for customer-centric outcomes: Partner with UX Research, Product, and Engineering to validate copy and turn insights into actionable content strategies.

• Support multi-brand communication: Tailor content for HelloFresh’s different brands, ensuring messages resonate with distinct audiences and drive conversions.

• All other duties, as assigned

Sound a-peeling? Here's what we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or a related field, ideally focused on conversion, growth, or engagement content. Bonus points for experience with localization, foundations, accessibility, or content quality assurance.

• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centric content for digital products; experience in e-commerce or subscription models is a plus

• Proven ability to lead and innovate in content strategy and content systems for scalable impact

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with an eye for upholding brand standards

• Experience in experimentation, A/B testing, and iterative design processes to optimize the user experience

• Fluency in English, along with proficiency in design tools like Figma and familiarity with agile environments.
