REQUIREMENTS
• Total experience: 5.5+yrs 
• Strong experience in a Business Analyst or Product Analyst role, preferably within B2B SaaS or procurement technology.
• Strong ability to collaborate with Product Managers, engineering teams, and content teams to translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Hands-on experience working with GenAI technologies, including prompt engineering, content workflows, and AI-driven process optimization.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, supplier management, or supply chain optimization.
• Proficiency in defining functional requirements, writing detailed documentation, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting AI content development and optimizing prompts for accuracy, relevance, and usability.
• Exposure to agile methodologies and product lifecycle tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work closely with developers to convert business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience in validating GenAI output, testing user flows, and supporting iterative product improvements.
• Understanding of enterprise procurement workflows and B2B integration needs is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with Product Managers to refine product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the GenAI-powered procurement optimization platform.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, developers, and content teams to ensure smooth and accurate delivery of product features.
• Analyze procurement workflows and identify opportunities where GenAI can enhance efficiency, automation, and decision-making.
• Support the creation, evaluation, and optimization of GenAI prompts, content workflows, and AI-driven outputs tailored to procurement use cases.
• Translate business needs into structured technical specifications and maintain alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
• Conduct requirement workshops, process discussions, and workflow design sessions with stakeholders.
• Participate in testing cycles, validate AI outputs, and ensure product quality before release.
• Support continuous improvement of AI models by providing structured feedback, refining prompts, and identifying gaps.
• Maintain high-quality documentation, including workflows, requirement specs, and functional guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery across sprints.
• Stay updated on GenAI advancements, procurement best practices, and digital procurement trends to recommend improvements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
