Job Description: We are seeking a BI and Data Analyst to build our internal understanding of product usage and efficacy. You'll work closely with our executive and Data and AI leadership to design and implement greenfield KPIs and monitoring systems that show the total usage of our product, sales pipelines, and overall business health. In this role, you will own the design, implementation and iterative improvement of all our product and sales data and how it gets shared out and leveraged for business decision making at the executive and cross functional levels. Your work will directly impact product planning and roadmapping by providing the data to make decisions that move the needle for the business, bring conviction to long term investments, and service the needs of finance and ops executives. You'll collaborate with a talented team of data professionals, including Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers to lead our data driven decision making in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define key KPIs, product metrics, and reports that drive decision making at the highest level.

• Design, build, and evangelize source-of-truth reporting tools for finance, sales ops, and technical product executives, to arm them with the needed information to drive their day to day decision making.

• Lay the foundation for the growing analytics team to empower cross functional engineering and product teams to make data driven decisions and fast experimental iteration.

• Build and publish data visualization and dashboards for exec visibility into product, sales and operations data

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong foundation in Data Analytics, with production data warehouse, dashboarding visualization experience

• Proactively identifies gaps in existing reporting and builds exploratory analyses to surface insights

• Experience presenting and partnering with executives, with strong executive presence and confidence to answer difficult questions with uncertainty

• Collaborative problem solver who thrives in startup environments with evolving requirements

• Eager to learn new technologies, including leveraging AI, with proven experience with Data Analytics practices

Required Experience:

• 7+ years building data reporting tools with real user data at scale

• Deep SQL Expertise - you think in sets and write maintainable tested code

• Experience with modern data stack BigQuery (or Snowflake/Redshift), dbt or similar transformation tools

• Track record of executive presentation skills sharing your work at the highest levels, and receiving feedback on improvements, while communicating the limits of current systems

Desired Experience:

• Experience defining KPIs and other business metrics, including automated reporting

• Built SaaS B2B Analytics: customer health, usage metrics, churn analysis

• GCP ecosystem familiarity: BigQuery optimization, Cloud Functions, Dataflow, Vertex AI

Requirements:

• U.S. citizenship with the ability to pass a Federal Background Check and Identity Verification.

• While formal education is not a strict requirement, a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
