• Advisory & Planning: Assist with strategic tax planning for businesses and high-net-worth individuals; conduct research on federal and multi-state tax matters.
• Client Consulting: Provide hands-on QuickBooks consulting and bookkeeping support to ensure client financial integrity.
• Audit Defense: Provide critical support in responding to IRS, state, and local tax notices and inquiries.
• Multi-State Filings: Assist with complex multi-state tax projections and filings to ensure multi-jurisdictional compliance.
• Partner Collaboration: Work directly with senior team members and partners to deliver high-stakes projects under tight deadlines, particularly during peak tax seasons.

Skills & Abilities
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of GAAP and federal/state/local tax regulations.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for direct client interaction and internal collaboration.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage diverse engagements independently.

Benefits:
• Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance plans
• Life insurance coverage
• 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions
