We're seeking a Staff Accountant to take ownership of full-cycle accounting processes and play a critical role in our team. This is a hands-on role where your work will directly impact cash flow, reporting, and strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Customer Invoicing & Collections

• Prepare and issue accurate and timely customer invoices

• Track outstanding balances and manage the collections process

• Accounts Payable

• Enter and code vendor bills accurately, ensuring proper approvals and timely payments

• Monitor AP aging and maintain positive vendor relationships

• Sales Tax Reporting

• Prepare and file monthly/quarterly sales tax returns across multiple jurisdictions

• Ensure compliance with current tax laws and regulations

• Month-End Close Support

• Assist in the preparation of journal entries and financial reports

• Maintain monthly reconciliations of key balance sheet accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies

• Support the Finance team with month-end reconciliations and reporting schedules

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles (software company experience a plus)

• Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles

• Proficiency in Excel, NetSuite experience a plus
