Staff Accountant

We are looking for a highly motivated Staff Accountant that will support our growing Company. The Company is expanding its operations and is in the process of establishing a shared services that will support its global operations (UK, US and Ukraine offices).

Working Hours : 8 AM - 5 PM PST

In this role, you’ll get to:

The key role of an employee who works as an Accounts Receivable is to ensure CreatorIQ receives payments for goods and services, and records these transactions accordingly. The job includes verifying and posting receipts, and resolving any discrepancies. Other duties include:

• Maintaining the billing system

• Generating invoices and account statements

• Performing account reconciliations

• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records

• Producing monthly financial and management reports

• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries

• Assisting in general financial management and analysis

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

• Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken) is required

• A degree in the following will allow a candidate to develop their career in accounting further:

• Accounting

• Finance or Economics

• Business Studies or Administration

• Mathematics

• 2+ years’ experience in accounting or Accounts Receivables

• Experience working in a shared services or supporting a multinational company is a plus

• Self starter

• An ability to prioritize and manage expectations

• A keen eye for detail

• An ability to work independently

• The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company
