Rapidly expanding financial services firm in Essex County, NJ.
Growing financial services firm is seeking a Staff Accountant. The qualified candidate will have strong technical accounting experience within Fund Administration or Private Equity. Responsibilities include preparation/review of accounting records including journal entries, support schedules for accruals, prepaid expenses, etc. as well as financial statements. Experience with SBA compliance and capital call/distribution calculations is highly preferred. Must have excellent communication skills and a minimum of a BS Degree, MS Degree or CPA highly preferred. Advanced Excel and QuickBooks skills are required.
