We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support full-cycle accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close activities using QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel reporting. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who can manage day-to-day accounting functions while contributing to financial analysis, compliance, and operational decision-making. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and adherence to accounting standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage end-to-end accounting processes using QuickBooks Online, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and accurate documentation of supporting records
• Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions while monitoring cash flow and tracking receivables and payables
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
• Prepare financial statements and management reports for internal stakeholders
• Use Microsoft Excel to analyze financial data, generate reports, and support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Assist with audits, tax preparation, and compliance-related documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial information and improve accounting processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls

Requirements:
Who We’re Looking For:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a full-cycle accounting role
• Experience working with US-based companies or international accounting standards preferred
• Strong working experience with QuickBooks Online (required)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience supporting month-end close processes and financial reporting
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial work
• Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
• Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer

Technical Requirements:

• Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
• Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
• Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
• Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
