Action Against Hunger (ACF) is part of the ACF-international Network which works to save lives by combating hunger and diseases that threaten the lives of vulnerable communities, through nutrition, food, security, water and sanitation, health and advocacy.
ACF Nigeria is looking for suitable candidates for the following:
To support effective implementation of stabilization care elements of ACF’s community based management of Acute Malnutrition (CMAM) program objectives in YobeState, primarily through building capacity and supportive supervision of state ministry of health (SMOH) counterparts and acting as liaisons between ACF’s Nutrition Program leaders and stabilization care center staff.
Bachelor of Science with a major in Nursing and Medical Doctor with primary health care major or nursing degree with solid impatient nutrition experience.
4 plus years experience in impatient nutritional treatment essential and at least one year experience in CMAM approach.
Fluency in English and Hausa
Able to network effectively with local representatives of international aid organizations for exchange of information.
High level of self discipline, time management, organization.
