The targeted hiring range for this position is $12.26 - $15.96 per hour depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. Primary Responsibilities:

• Clean guest rooms and public areas, including windows, doors, walls, floors, closets, fixtures, bathrooms, and furniture, following standard operating procedures.
• Maintain cleaning cart and supplies.
• Replenish guest rooms and baths with amenities, supplies, and linens.
• Inspect rooms for repairs or fixtures that are not working properly; replace batteries, light bulbs, etc. Report repair requests to the supervisor or maintenance department.
• Remove trash, dirty linens, and room service items.
• Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties.
• Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g., steam clean carpets, spring cleaning, super cleaning, etc.) as required.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain quality service by establishing, following, and enforcing organization quality system standards.
• Complete other duties as assigned from time to time by your manager.

• Six to twelve months of related experience/training.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
