The QA Manual Analyst will be a key figure in ensuring the reliability and excellence of our digital products. This role requires a meticulous professional with a deep understanding of software lifecycles and a passion for quality. You will be responsible for validating that every feature meets the highest standards before reaching the user. Your mission is to bridge the gap between development and user satisfaction, identifying risks early and ensuring our solutions are robust, consistent, and high-performing.

What to Expect in This Role (Responsibilities)

End-to-End Testing: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on complex business requirements.
Quality Assurance: Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing to ensure software stability and excellence.
Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies using industry-standard tools, ensuring clear communication with the engineering team.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Developers and Business Analysts to clarify requirements, provide feedback on user stories, and verify bug fixes.
Cross-Platform Validation: Ensure seamless performance and compatibility across different browsers and platforms through systematic validation.
Data & API Verification: Perform deep-dive testing of APIs and verify data integrity to ensure the backend aligns perfectly with front-end expectations.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in manual software testing and quality assurance roles.
Test Management Mastery: Hands-on experience with tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray.
Bug Tracking Expertise: Proficiency in Jira, GitHub Issues, or similar platforms.
API Testing Skills: Solid experience testing RESTful APIs using Postman or Insomnia.
Technical Toolkit: Comfortable using Browser Developer Tools for debugging and SQL for data verification.
Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to understand complex business logic and translate it into effective test scenarios.
Communication: Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written), as you will collaborate with international teams.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a strong sense of ownership.

Nice to Have

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of basic automation concepts or interest in transitioning toward QA Automation.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and how QA integrates into DevOps cultures.
