• Management & Innovation Consulting: We lead business and digital transformation initiatives through project and change management best practices (PM, PMO, Agile, Scrum, Product Ownership), and support domains such as Supply Chain, Cybersecurity, and ESG/Low-Carbon strategies.

We work with major global clients across diverse sectors, including Transport & Logistics, Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Retail, and Media & Telecommunications.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

•  Operating as a Functional of agile cell Cross Data Hubs.

      (1) Work with a Data Hub that includes operations from multiple countries

      (2) Incorporate new information into the data hub, whether new products or new countries.

      (3) Work on financial conciliation engine.

      (4) Support the different teams that consume the information from the data hub.

      (5) Work with different countries and data providers

• Transfer the functional needs of the customer and the process to technological solutions by participating in its analysis, gathering and understanding the requirements in detail so it can be implemented.
• Define required functionalities, design the services that form the application and/or the integration of these solutions with other components of other applications.
• Presenting findings on proposed solutions to complex operational and processing problems and makes recommendations to senior management.
• Being the responsible for the quality check of the product regarding its functional certification.
• Draw up and create the functional documentation required in accordance with the Group's Development Policies and the stipulations of the solution design (JIRA, Confluence, ALM, …)
• Certify the software produced and the integration of its components with others or third parties, carrying out the certification cycles defined in the testing strategy 
• Disposition to do what it takes to ensure the team accomplishes its goals.
• Identify training, upskilling or re-profiling needs required to maintain functional competences.

Scope of the role

• Define integration scope to be built for finance, accounting, invoicing and payments
• Define the integration mode for each one
• Specify with local and global team the integration parameters (in and out fields)
• End to end testing for the processes involved
• Ensure the implementation in different countries of the Operational Lease solution

Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Specialist, or Product Manager in software/financial environments.
• Knowledge of financial products such as Repos, FX/MM, Fixed Income, Lending, Cash Management, and Trade Finance.
• Exposure to Corporate & Investment Banking operations, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
• Background in any of the following: Cloud Architecture, Software Development, Data Science

Technical Skills

• Waterfall and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience with Excel (advanced level) and modelling languages.
• Familiar with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiar with Cloud computing (Azure, AWS, Spark)
• Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, including Business Cases, testing, and risk and issue management.
• Advanced English level, Spanish will be a plus

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent.
• Masters in IT, Data Science, or Big Data is a plus.

Functional Skills

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Understanding of corporate financial processes and operational flows.
• Ability to gather, document, and present business requirements.
