Role summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst to lead analysis work for FX initiatives at FX IT Tribe, drive requirements and ensure high-quality deliveries together with Product and Dev teams.

Key responsibilities

·               Lead business and data analysis for FX processes; produce functional specs and process maps.

·               Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and requirements.

·               Collaborate with Product Owner and Dev team to prioritise backlog and manage dependencies.

·               Support or perform Scrum Master-related tasks when needed to ensure smooth delivery.

·               Coordinate testing, releases and measure impact through KPIs.

 

 

 

Requirements

·               ~3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT environments.

·               Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.

·               Proactive attitude with strong ownership and effective stakeholder communication skills.

·               Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams; exposure to Scrum Master responsibilities is a plus.

·               Professional English required.

Valuable experience (nice to have)

·               Experience in FX, payments, cash management or other transactional financial solutions.

·               Hands-on experience working with APIs (REST, JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI, API consumers).

·               Experience defining contracts, error handling and non-functional requirements for APIs.

·               Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman.

·               Fluent Spanish.
