We are looking for an experienced SRE Manager to lead and grow our Site Reliability Engineering team. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our production systems while building a culture of operational excellence. This is a highly collaborative role working closely with Engineering, Product, and Security leadership.

What you will work on

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of SREs across on-call rotations, incident response, and reliability initiatives
• Define and drive SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets in partnership with product engineering teams
• Own incident management processes: runbooks, postmortems, and continuous improvement loops
• Architect and oversee observability strategies including logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting
• Partner with infrastructure and platform teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment reliability
• Manage capacity planning, cost optimization, and infrastructure scalability roadmaps
• Champion a blameless culture, psychological safety, and sustainable on-call practices
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to embed reliability controls into platform standards
• Hire, onboard, and develop SRE talent; conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or application support engineering roles
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading engineering teams
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS,Azure) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, etc.)
• Strong background in Kubernetes, container orchestration, and microservices reliability
• Hands-on experience with observability tooling: Datadog, Prometheus/Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or equivalent
• Proven track record of designing and running incident management frameworks at scale
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience defining and operating against SLOs and error budgets
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or platform engineering environment is a nice to have
• Background in security-adjacent reliability practices (chaos engineering, threat modeling) will be considered as a plus
• Contributions to open-source reliability or observability projects is a plus
