About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant with a strong accounting and real estate consulting background to deliver residential Yardi implementations for our clients, while also contributing to ongoing support and advisory services. The role is primarily implementation-focused, with responsibility for delivering successful implementations, optimisations and upgrades, supported by structured involvement in post-go-live support. The position requires strong delivery ownership within agreed project governance, confident client management and communication skills, and proven experience delivering enterprise-wide Yardi solutions within a residential environment.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Project Delivery
Deliver Yardi residential implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements from discovery through to go-live and stabilisation
Capture and document detailed business, accounting, and operational requirements, applying industry best practices to solution design
Translate client business processes into effective Yardi configuration across core modules and integrated products
Plan and execute data migration activities, including requirements gathering, mapping support, validation, and testing
Manage system testing, cutover planning, rollout activities, and post-go-live support
Deliver high-quality client training tailored to business processes, roles, and operational needs
Execute agreed project plans in collaboration with the designated Project Manager, where applicable, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budgets, and proactively identifying delivery risks and contributing to mitigation strategies
Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders, working with the Project Manager where applicable, to escalate risks, issues, and dependencies appropriately
Support & Advisory Services
Provide advanced application support and troubleshooting for clients using Yardi Voyager and related residential products
Support clients and internal teams via tickets, calls, and meetings, addressing configuration, process, data, and reporting queries
Contribute to the corporate knowledge base, documenting solutions, processes, and best practices
Collaboration & Leadership
Act as a subject matter expert across Yardi residential solutions
Support and mentor junior consultants and support team members, fostering capability and consistency
Collaborate with project managers, support leads, developers, and data specialists to deliver integrated solutions
Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting product adoption, long-term value, and revenue growth
Ensure all work is compliant with client policies, procedures, and internal quality standards
Additional Responsibilities
Attend and lead client meetings, workshops, and training sessions, remotely and on-site as required
Travel to client offices where necessary to support project delivery
Represent 33Floors at relevant industry events
Maintain flexibility to support clients outside standard business hours on an occasional basis, where required and agreed upon in advance
Required Experience
Significant hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager Residential and RentCafe
Proven experience delivering or supporting Yardi implementations, upgrades, or property onboardings
Strong background in accounting, real estate operations, property management systems, or enterprise software consulting
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Advanced understanding of system configuration, business processes, and end-to-end operational workflows
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working directly with clients
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with data, reports, and reconciliations
Desirable Experience
A degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, Real Estate, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Experience with additional residential Yardi products and modules, such as CRM Flex/IQ, Maintenance IQ, Forecast IQ, Student IQ, etc
Exposure to commercial Yardi modules
Working knowledge of SQL, with the ability to query data to support troubleshooting, validation, reporting, or analysis
Experience mentoring or supporting junior consultants and contributing to team capability development
