About the Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for executing successful implementations, upgrades, and general business advisory services, all while fostering strong client relationships. The position calls for strong project management skills, seasoned client management and client communication skills, and demonstrated knowledge of enterprise-wide software installations in the commercial Yardi space. Specifically, above average-to-expert level knowledge of Construction Manager, Forecast Manager, Voyager 8, or Fixed Assets is required. Investment Management experience is preferred. Extensive experience working within the accounting, technical, real estate, or property management industries is required.
Responsibilities
Implement the Yardi suite of software products
Execute project plans within time and budget constraints
Capture accurate business requirements and communicate clearly to development teams
Integrate client business processes into the Yardi application suite
Assist in the development of necessary reports to meet business requirements
Foster and grow client relationships through product adoption and revenue growth
Foster and grow internal relationships
Advise the leadership team on emerging market opportunities
Provide additional support to the sales team by identifying business development opportunities and assisting with new product implementation
Qualifications and Skill Sets
Seven-plus (7+) years of experience in the industry, preferably in a consulting capacity
Seven-plus (7+) years of experience interacting with customers while managing projects on accounting, business process, property management, or real estate software
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Real Estate, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
Comprehensive knowledge of, and demonstrated experience in, Yardi and industry-leading 3rd party add-on solutions
Advanced knowledge of Forecast Manager, Construction Manager, Fixed Asset Manager, or Investment Management
Experience working in property or asset management
Advanced Excel skills
