Sr. UX Designer - Bangalore

Summary:

We are looking for a creative and passionate designer, who will be working with design, create amazing working interface, drive collaboration, develop solutions and make recommendations based on user research and industry best practices to translate business strategies into world class online experiences that are grounded in consumer truths, loves working in a fast-paced environment, ready of wearing a lot of different hats and getting great results.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborating and consulting on user experience planning with a lead experience architect

• Design intuitive, usable and engaging mobile &web interactions and interface designs

• Conduct usability research (expert reviews, competitive analysis, task analysis, card sorts, user interviews, and usability tests) and put together detailed, structured analysis of issues and potential solutions

What we are looking from you:

• At least 7 years of experience in UX design and Minimum 2 years experience in web ecommerce Interface design.

• Translate high level business requirements into tangible user interface solutions that integrate the latest standards in interaction design and visual design trends

• Design intuitive, usable and engaging Web and Mobile application interactions and interface design

• Researching Technology and interaction design trends

• Conceive, manage and lead project design from start to finish

• Provide clear justification for design decisions with relevant data and sound judgment

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as well as the broader UX team throughout the design process

• Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications

• Contribute to the user experience knowledge repository by updating UI Guidelines and design processes and patterns
