We are looking for an experienced and design-driven Senior UI/UX Designer to shape intuitive, impactful user experiences for an AI platform built for the physical world. This role is ideal for someone who blends strong UX thinking with polished UI execution and enjoys working in a fast-growing, product-led startup environment.

You will play a key role in defining product experiences while also contributing to the broader visual language across digital touchpoints. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams, you will ensure consistency, usability, and visual excellence across the platform and supporting assets.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and product experiences, from research and wireframes to high-fidelity visuals and interaction design
• Translate complex AI-driven workflows into simple, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences
• Define and evolve design systems, UI components, and interaction patterns to ensure consistency and scalability
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to shape features, user journeys, and product roadmaps
• Create user flows, personas, prototypes, and usability test plans to validate design decisions
• Support visual design needs across website, product marketing pages, presentations, and sales collateral when required
• Advocate for user-centric design and continuously improve experiences based on feedback and data

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS, AI, or product-focused startups
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and polished UI execution
• Deep understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams in agile product environments
• Ability to balance visual creativity with usability, performance, and business goals
• Proactive mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills
