Sr. UI Developer (ReactJS)

As a Senior UI developer, you will be involved in all aspects of development playing a critical role in design, planning, development and deployment and help develop best practices for future development. You will be working closely with the Tech, Design and Quality team to build and launch the product.

• Code, develop, design and architect features related to the existing application. We expect you to own modules end to end and take pride in the work products you ship

• Deliver across the entire app life cycle, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support

• Working directly with developers and product managers to conceptualize, build, test and realize products

• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

• 3-5 years of Javascript/HTML/CSS/REACT development

• Any experience with internet companies or the travel industry will be a plus

Must have

• Strong command of ES6+, Node.js, Rest API Design, and DOM Concepts

• Deep understanding of Browser rendering, Critical Rendering Path, and HTTP protocols.

• React.js (Hooks, Context, Lifecycle) and State Management..

• JS design patterns and concepts of OOPS and functional programming in JS.

• Fluent in responsive design and development for mobile and tablet devices.

• Proficient with Unit Testing (Jest/Vitest/React Testing framework) and UI testing.

• Knowledge regarding Frontend performance improvements in most common browsers, cross-browser compatibility issues

Good to have

• Ability to create web animations (Motion, CSS/JS animations).

• Strong grasp of Web Accessibility (WCAG guidelines) and Html Semantics

• Knowledge of meta UI frameworks like Nextjs and Tanstack start

• Familiarity with front-end build tools like vite, webpack, rspack, rollup etc.
