COMPANY DESCRIPTION

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Should have extensive experience in methodologies like WateFall, VnV, and Agile Etc.

2. Experience in agile is a must

3. Good understanding of complete STLC (software Testing Life Cycle)

4. Should be well versed with Requirements Elicitation

5. Preparation of test scenarios in line with requirements

6. Should be well versed with test case designs for different test phases like regression, SIT, ST and UAT

7. Test case peer review

8. Well versed with all phases of software testing

9. Hands on with test environment preparation and test case execution

10. Defect reporting

11. Identification of automatable test scenarios

12. Experience with functional automation tools like UFT / Selenium is a must

13. Test Summary Report preparation

14. Work closely with the Development team for fixing of the defects

15. Documenting Lessons Learnt & Best Practises and socialize

16. Should be able to Communicate well with Test Lead / Manager

17. Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills

18. Good communication skills

19. Sound interpersonal and team working skills

QUALIFICATIONS

B-tech, MCA, M-tech from reputed Colleges

Other Skills: Committed , Good in Research.
