• Ensure that the MindTickle customers get a clear understanding of the product and it's functionality.
• Author MindTickle Knowledge base. Ensure that the articles and tutorials are easy to find, easy to use and always up-to-date with the product.
• Ensure that product terminologies, UI messages and instructions are grammatically flawless, user-friendly, effective and consistent throughout.
• Design and develop release documentation for product updates and feature release information.
• Participate in usability studies with the product design team to ensure product terminology and UI instructions are making the product easy to use.
• Co-own MindTickle Academy with marketing team which would have courses, tips and tricks on how to create great online courses.

• Flawless written communication skill
• Ability to explain the most complex of thing through simple instructions.
• 1-4 year experience in creating content in form of articles and instructional videos.
• Hands on with content creation tools like MS Word, Powerpoint, Adobe Photoshop, Articulate, blogging, etc.
• Excellent with narration, storyboarding and presentation.
