Job Description
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in a full-cycle role. In our staff augmentation model, you are more than a recruiter; you are a Talent Partner who finds great people and stays connected with them to ensure they are successful and happy in their roles with our clients.
You should be a proactive self-starter who enjoys building long-term professional relationships and can work independently during EST hours.
Core Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment & Sourcing
• Strategy: Adapt and post job descriptions across various platforms to attract the right talent.
• Clarification: Conduct deep-dive sessions with customers to clarify requirements and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
• Data-Driven Outreach: You don’t just send emails. You track your response rates and constantly adapt your outreach messages to see what resonates with candidates and what doesn't.
• Talent Mapping: Research and identify where the best talent pools live for specific tech stacks to build "ready-to-go" pipelines.
• Sourcing: Actively headhunt and source passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
• Screening: Conduct initial HR screens focused on soft skills, cultural fit, and professional communication, while evaluating and taking comprehensive notes.
• Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact, answering questions and managing candidate expectations throughout the process.
Interview & Offer Management
• Coordination: Manage the scheduling and logistics of technical interviews, coordinating both with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
• Offer Management: Confirm final offer details with direct managers and oversee the delivery of offer letters to the candidates.
Onboarding & Talent Partnership
• Orientation: Guide new hires through system logins, establish communication ground rules, and explain the "who’s who" within the organization and the client’s team.
• Security: Occasionally facilitate and extend security assessment protocols for new hires.
• Success Management: Perform periodic check-ins with staffed candidates to ensure they are thriving. You will act as their main point of contact to stay ahead of their needs and keep them aligned with client expectations.
Data Integrity
• Database Management: Maintain a clean and updated ATS/database/CRM to ensure accurate reporting and pipeline visibility.
