This team delivers industry-defining products including digital multiphase PWM controllers, smart power stages, high-density power modules, DC/DC regulators, and discrete MOSFETs. As a Sr. Staff Program Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing these technologies to market – partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution, strategic alignment, and ramp readiness.

This is a unique opportunity to launch your career in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment with direct exposure to product lifecycle management, cross-functional leadership, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead crossfunctional teams across Design, Marketing, Systems & Applications, Validation, Product & Test Engineering, Firmware/Software, Supply Chain, Procurement, Packaging, and Quality to ensure seamless execution of NPI product releases.

• Manage endtoend program planning, tracking, and execution – from concept through market launch, including ramp readiness and safe launch activity.

• Ensure process discipline, budget alignment, and execution efficiency while maintaining focus on priority deliverables and driving global process standardization.

• Lead capacityexpansion initiatives across global manufacturing sites, aligning Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to support scalable production.

• Coordinate and conduct formal Project Gate reviews to ensure alignment, readiness, and decision clarity.

• Motivate and guide crossfunctional teams toward flawless execution, positive ROI, and disciplined, datadriven decisionmaking.

• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies, demonstrating agility and adaptability in complex, ambiguous environments.

• Oversee wafer fabrication, assembly, test operations, and material logistics to ensure timely execution, cost efficiency, high quality, and smooth project flow.

• Communicate clearly with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders regarding milestones, sample delivery timelines, reliability testing, and product release status.

• Build strong internal and external relationships, reinforcing accountability and alignment through consistent, transparent communication.

• Provide structured program updates to leadership, highlighting project status, risks, and recommended actions while maintaining accurate schedules, qualification plans, and PM tracking systems.

• Drive process scalability and standardization initiatives to strengthen execution discipline across programs.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering; PhD preferred. Minimum 12+ years of Semiconductor industry experience with strong knowledge of the full product lifecycle. At least 6+ years as an NPI Program Manager; experience with Module and Smart Power Stages programs preferred.

• Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flows including development, production processes, package architectures, and diverse package types. Prior experience at a fab or assembly site as a process or integration engineer is a strong plus.

• Demonstrated success leading complex, crossfunctional programs in fastpaced, ambiguous environments; supported by foundational program/project management training or certification.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and partnership skills across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and OSAT partners.

• Highly analytical with strong organizational, problemsolving, timemanagement, and multitasking abilities.

• Fast learner with the ability to adopt new tools, systems, and processes; proficient in Microsoft Office and modern project management tools.

• Selfdriven, inquisitive, and committed to continuous personal and professional development.
