• Mechanically and electrically buildup of powertrain system (components, test benches and prototypes).
• Coordination of powertrain buildup within the company, with external partners and with suppliers
• Take responsibility to cover all relevant aspects for buildup of powertrain system on test benches and prototypes
• Manage, monitor and steer powertrain buildup, including planning and timing
• Take responsibility for powertrain buildup: Address and solve release, coordinative, operational and technical issues.
• Provide transparency about powertrain buildup status. Define necessary activities and reasonable deadlines in order to meet vehicle project target.
• Define tools for mechanical and electrical buildup of powertrain system, test benches and prototypes
• Align powertrain buildup with all relevant interface partners.
• Report to management all upcoming changes, align with all involved parties and support technical solution.
• Alert management in case of unsolvable conflicts. Offer alternative paths.
• Risk management for powertrain buildup.
• Early warning when facing responsibility gaps on vehicle level.
• Lean and self responsible working attitude.
• Flexibility/openness for suddenly upcoming tasks (start up mentality)
