About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a strong technical background, leadership qualities, and a passion for delivering high-quality software. As a senior member of our engineering team, you will play a key role in the design, development, and delivery of complex software systems, while mentoring junior engineers and influencing technical strategy.

Location. This role is office-based at our Trivandrum, Kerala office.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions.

• Lead and participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and system design sessions.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver features and improvements.

• Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and software development processes.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the software stack.

• Guide and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of learning and growth.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.

• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, TypeScript, or Go.

• Experience with modern frameworks and technologies (e.g., React, Node.js, Spring Boot, .NET Core).

• Solid understanding of system design, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Proficient with CI/CD, version control (Git), and automated testing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and monitoring tools.

• Contributions to open-source projects or technical publications.
