What You’ll Do

• Design and build scalable, maintainable software solutions
• Improve system architecture to support a growing global customer base
• Partner with product managers and architects to deliver high-impact features
• Contribute to production deployments, reliability, and performance improvements
• Lead by example in engineering best practices and code quality
• Coach and support junior team members

What You Bring

• 6 or more years of experience building software in fast-paced environments
• Strong experience with Java and web application development
• Experience with modern front-end JavaScript and CSS frameworks
• Advanced SQL and relational database skills, ideally MySQL or MariaDB
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and cloud-based environments
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Git and Jenkins
• Experience working with distributed teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
