Job Description

Work in a company headquartered in New York City. Its businesses provide a diverse set of specialty, niche-market insurance products in the property, casualty, life and health insurance sectors.

•    Minimum of 5 years of management/leadership experience in a software development or Engineering organization
•    Must have at least 7 years’ experience working through the design, development, release cycle, and delivering software products to market
•    Sitefinity CMS knowledge a big plus.
•    Experience in C#, ASP.NET, WCF and WEB API.
•    Understanding of relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL)
•    Understanding of cloud hosting and server availability behind a load balancer and fire wall.
•    Experience using agile development methodologies.
•    Familiar with the configuration management process in the SDLC. Managing software release from development to QA to UAT and Productions with the help of the deployment group.
•    Familiarity with HTML5, C#, MVC and ASP.NET
•    Willingness to dive into software environments and technical issues
•    High command of verbal and written English.
•    Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines
•    Well organized, good communication and reporting skills
•    Self-motivated, team player, action and results oriented
