Job Description:

Responsibilities

1. Consult on the existing problems of the clients and sell the solutions to business.
a. Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions based on the chosen cloud/platform.
b. Support project delivery through technical leadership and design expertise.
c. Strong problem solving skills - Ability to research and understand an undocumented set up and application
d. Proven ability to guide teams to design and create underlying data structure and data flows to support application build.
2. Establish steering committees and user groups to provide governance and control for enterprise application implementation/global roll outs.
3. Manage multiple concurrent Salesforce.com projects across business units for large enterprises.
4. Proven ability to guide teams to design and build web & mobile interfaces on the Force.com platform using Visualforce, Apex, SLDS and other available tools.
5. Demonstrated experience of unit, integration and end to end system testing and performance tuning of application.
6. Expertise in data modelling, data migration and both API and user interface development principles.
7. Provide appropriate development specifications and support Technical Consultants and fellow Architects in delivering solutions.

2. Experience delivering Portals/Communities on the Force.com platform and other cloud based solutions
3. Wide experience of UML including appropriate use for Agile project delivery
4. Experience working with the following types of enterprise applications: CRM, CMS, ERP, CPQ, Portals, SSO, eCommerce, ESB/SOA
5. Hands on expertise to develop applications on the Force.com Platform
6. Expert level Visualforce, Apex, and SOQL knowledge
7. Experience in building Web Service enabled applications (SOAP and RESTful)
8. Excellent knowledge of Salesforce APIs and hands-on experience integration with ERP systems

“Nice-to-Have” Skills:
1. Expertise in automated testing for design features utilizing Java, Apex, and salesforce API
2. Expertise in DevOps or CI/CD framework and usage of code version control tools like SVN/GIT and tools like Jenkins for deployment automation.
3. Experience developing Mobile applications natively for iOS/Android or hybrid applications using HTM5 Experience developing and deploying live applications running on Heroku or AWS.
