The SAP Program Lead will be a cornerstone in executing large-scale ERP transformations. This role requires a high-level blend of project governance, financial acumen, and deep SAP methodology expertise. You will lead greenfield and custom-build implementations, ensuring that complex technical workstreams—from WRICEF to data conversion—align perfectly with strategic business objectives. Your mission is to steer multi-year programs with precision, managing high-stakes budgets and mentoring PMO talent, all while upholding Coderio’s high standards of delivery excellence and accountability.

Location requirement: This position is open only to candidates residing in Uruguay and Argentina. Applications from other countries will not be considered.

What to Expect in This Role (Responsibilities)

Project Leadership: Lead and execute large-scale, greenfield SAP ERP implementations, applying expert knowledge of ASAP methodology and agile ceremonies.
Lifecycle Management: Plan and oversee all phases (Initiation, Blueprinting, Design, Build, Testing, Deployment, and Stabilization), ensuring strict adherence to timelines and strategic goals.
Technical Governance: Oversee WRICEF/FRICEW object delivery, guiding the progression from functional specs to technical build (TUT/FUT).
Workstream Coordination: Drive data conversion and integration workstreams, ensuring accurate mapping and seamless end-to-end integration between SAP and legacy systems.
Financial Oversight: Manage multi-year program budgets with rigorous forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control.
People Leadership: Lead and coach project management staff within the SAP Delivery Center, establishing high-performance team structures.
Standardization: Promote and enforce PMO standards, tools (MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow), and documentation compliance across the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing transparent reporting and proactive risk mitigation.

Requirements

8–12+ years of experience in SAP project/program management or technical leadership roles.
Mandatory expertise in ASAP methodology and proven experience in large-scale ERP implementations.
Financial Mastery: Proven track record managing large, multi-year budgets and complex financial forecasting.
Tools Proficiency: Advanced hands-on experience with MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar PPM platforms.
Technical Depth: Solid understanding of WRICEF objects, SAP data migration, and integration landscapes.
Leadership: Experience leading, structuring, and training project management teams in a PMO environment.
Language: Native or near-native English proficiency (spoken and written) is required for international stakeholder engagement.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent high-level certification (PMP, SAP Certified).
Experience in high-security environments or large-scale industrial sectors.
Advanced mastery of MS Office (Excel for financial modeling and PowerPoint for executive reporting).
