We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Manager – MICE to lead corporate client acquisition and drive business growth in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) segment. This role requires a strong ability to build relationships with corporate decision-makers, develop strategic sales initiatives, and deliver seamless event and travel solutions.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with corporate executives to promote MICE offerings and build long-term partnerships
• Drive new business acquisition and manage key corporate accounts to maximize revenue
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow MICE travel business across domestic and international markets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth planning and execution of travel and event requirements
• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term engagement
Key Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in MICE or corporate travel sales (mandatory)
• Strong network of corporate clients and industry connections
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to meet targets and perform in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
