The Senior Revenue Growth Manager is responsible for owning end-to-end revenue performance for an assigned platform or category. This is a P&L ownership role, focused on driving GMV growth through creator performance, team leadership, and strong operational execution.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Own and deliver monthly and quarterly GMV and revenue targets for the assigned platform or brand.
• Design and execute revenue growth strategies leveraging creators, incentives, campaigns, and category expansion.
• Drive continuous improvement in creator performance, including 20–30% cohort upgrades through structured interventions.
• Lead, mentor, and manage IRM / revenue operations teams, ensuring high execution quality and accountability.
• Monitor daily and weekly performance metrics; conduct regular business and performance reviews.
• Optimize the use of incentives, rewards, and promotional spends with clear ROI measurement.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Category teams to unlock scalable growth opportunities.
• Forecast revenue performance and proactively identify risks and growth levers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 3–6 years of experience in the creator economy, influencer marketing, e-commerce, or marketplace growth roles.
• Strong ownership mindset with comfort managing both numbers (P&L, GMV, forecasting) and people.
• High bias for execution, accountability, and outcome-driven decision making.
• Experience working with creators, marketplaces, or category-led platforms is a strong advantage.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
