Required Skills
Job Description
In this role, you help our Retail organisation move with clarity and confidence through change. You strengthen Retail performance by translating strategy and key initiatives into communication and change plans that truly land in our stores. Working within Retail Operational Excellence, you advise senior stakeholders and project owners on messaging, timing and adoption, so teams across markets understand what matters and what to do next. You bring structure to complex topics, helping us create one coherent story across functions and countries.
Alongside project work, you act as Business Owner for our internal platform Your Rituals, shaping its roadmap and ensuring it supports Retail communication at scale. This is a role for someone who enjoys both strategy and delivery: from shaping narratives to creating store-ready assets. You’ll work closely with our Retail Communication Manager, local head offices and cross-functional partners to make communication practical, consistent and impactful.
In this role, you will:
• Own the global Retail communication planning, including the editorial calendar, governance and prioritisation across Retail initiatives
• Translate Retail priorities into integrated communication and change communication plans (audiences, key messages, phasing, leader cascade, cadence, risks and success measures)
• Advise, challenge and support senior management, project owners and stakeholders on communication and change topics, enabling clear decision-making and leadership communication
• Lead end-to-end communication workstreams for high-impact Retail initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, managing dependencies and ensuring timely approvals and delivery
• Design and deliver leader cascade and adoption assets (e.g., key message frameworks, storylines, presentations, FAQs and toolkits) that are store-ready and actionable
• Act as Business Owner for Your Rituals by managing the vendor relationship, aligning with Tech & Data on requirements and roadmap, and using insights to steer adoption and improvements
Bring all of you
We are looking for an experienced communications professional who understands how to bring people along in change—especially in a Retail, frontline environment. You can move between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, and you know how to simplify complex topics into practical messages that support action in stores. You build trust with senior stakeholders, give thoughtful guidance (and constructive challenge when needed), and keep multiple workstreams moving without losing sight of quality. You work with care and accuracy, and you’re comfortable navigating an international, matrix organisation with different perspectives and priorities.

To be successful in this role, you:
• Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Business, Change Management or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Bring typically 6–10+ years of experience in internal/corporate communications, including leading large communication projects/campaigns and strong change communications experience
• Have experience communicating to field/frontline audiences (Retail, multi-site or operations-heavy environments preferred)
• Are confident in senior stakeholder management and advisory work, with the ability to align across functions and markets
• Have experience working with internal communication platforms and vendors (requirements/roadmap prioritisation and using basic analytics/insights to improve effectiveness)
