Role Overview
As a Senior Recruiter, you will design and execute talent acquisition strategies that attract, assess and hire top talent across assigned client groups. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR partners, leveraging market insights, data and relationships to deliver hiring outcomes aligned with business priorities. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational excellence and candidate-centric execution, while continuously enhancing Target’s reputation as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex and critical roles, from intake through offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using digital platforms, professional networks, referrals and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of diverse, high-caliber talent for current and future needs.
• Partner closely with hiring leaders and HR partners to understand business objectives, identify talent gaps and recommend staffing solutions.
• Conduct behavioral-based interviews and influence hiring decisions through thoughtful assessment and data-backed insights.
• Extend, negotiate and close offers while maintaining fiscal responsibility and a positive candidate experience.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics, including sourcing effectiveness, offer acceptance and time-to-fill, to drive continuous improvement.
• Act as a brand ambassador by authentically representing Target’s culture, values and career opportunities.
• Participate in external networking and professional organizations to strengthen market presence and talent connections.
• Lead or contribute to special projects that enhance recruiting capabilities, processes and innovation.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within product or enterprise organizations.

• Excellent communication, organization and attention to detail.
