Job Summary:  
Take responsibility of CS-WB related TTM and Non-TTM purchasing engineering and project purchasing tasks.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:      
• Purchasing project manager in TTM in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to reach TTM targets in terms of quality, cost and delivery
• Contribute to Technical RPP projects
• Support PUR on Material Field Strategy development
• Main responsible for technical discussion with the suppliers, provide cost estimations for new parts and features
• Drive AQP process with PUQ and supplier in TTM
• Drive supplier selection and implement material field strategy into new TTM sourcing
• Responsible of purchasing side in the new projects for the make or buy process
• Using purchasing IT tools (SupplyOn, Pilum, eISIR, Sciforma, etc.) for purchasing activities.
• Handle initial part approval (ISIR) process and handover to PUR and Logistics
• Create purchase order and tool order
• Maintain SAP for purchased parts
• Make business plan for project related tooling
• Close alignment with PUE-X and cross-functions global wise on process and practice
• Drive internal improvement projects for work efficiency, cost/quality/process optimization, speed to market, customer satisfaction, cross-function collaboration, etc.
• Support/coach younger ones in operations based on request.
 
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Graduation from Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related departments of the universities.
• Above 8 years' experience in Purchasing. Manufacturing, Automotive Industry Preferred.
• Solid Knowledge in metal, rubber, plastic parts, PCB, cable etc., and adequate knowledge of cost calculation.
• Sufficient experience in purchasing activities.
• Ability to work in international team as a solid team contributor.
• Good Negotiation and communication skills
• Profound MS Excel and presentation skills is a must.
• No restriction to domestic business travels
• Self-motivated and high sense of responsibility
• Analytical and growth mindset
• Influencing and Problem-solving skills
• English: good in reading, writing and speaking
