As an independent player, we support OEMs and suppliers with personal engineering services. Take advantage of new opportunities and take on exciting tasks and attractive positions with direct customer assignment.

• Leading a team in conducting time and motion studies and balancing operator workloads to align with takt time.
• Presenting station readiness and line balance plans to steering committees and core launch teams.  
• Conducting throughput and bottleneck analysis to eliminate constraints.  
• Providing direction to Station Design, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality teams.  
• Validating PFMEA and process documentation, and leading continuous improvement (Kaizen) workshops.  

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience). 

• At least 1 year of experience in automotive manufacturing or assembly.  

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and lean manufacturing principles
