• Support Sr. Manager HV battery in the battery development process
• Coordination the communication and working flow within team HV battery
• Coordination the communication within powertrain team and reporting to Sr. Manager HV Battery
• Development the design process HV battery entirely
• Synchronization and support battery and powertrain integration
• Coordination engineering service supplier and reporting to Sr. Manager HV Battery
• Support and backing the homologation team
• Support and participation in the production license approach
• Support and backing the battery team in Nanjing
