As a Project Automation Specialist you will join a team in a full-time remote role supporting a client-facing engagement. This initial project focuses on reporting automation, MarTech program visibility, and operational consolidation across multiple teams.

You will play a central role in transforming fragmented reporting into streamlined, automated insights while helping leadership stay aligned on priorities, timelines, and progress. This is a hybrid analytical and coordination role where strong communication skills are just as important as technical fluency.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement a comprehensive, automated, and user-friendly MarTech reporting framework using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Tableau to communicate progress and insights across key initiatives.

• Build reporting that emphasizes data visualization and automation to track MarTech programs, highlight dependencies, and identify focus areas needed to achieve goals.

• Develop tailored reporting views designed for senior leadership audiences.

• Maintain and manage the MarTech Jira board, ensuring proper tagging, accurate status tracking, and ongoing board cleanup.

• Automate and consolidate reporting workflows to improve visibility and reduce manual effort.

• Coordinate cross-team updates and ensure timely reporting inputs.

• Support operational analytics and tracking across data and process workstreams.

• Provide concise, structured updates to senior leadership.

• Evaluate existing workflows to identify redundant or manual processes and drive automation improvements.

• Facilitate communication across teams to maintain alignment and accountability.

What You Bring

• Experience working with reporting and analytics tools such as Jira, Tableau, Confluence, or similar platforms.

• Strong organizational and operational tracking skills.

• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear dashboards and executive-ready updates.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfort working directly with senior management.

• A proactive mindset with the ability to drive follow-ups and keep teams accountable.

• Technical or product-adjacent experience in analytics, operations, or program support.

Minimum Degree Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree, in lieu of a degree, demonstrating in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college is required
