Job Description
Who We're Looking For
Megazone Cloud is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to own and drive our most complex, large-scale data center and cloud migration strategies. This is a senior leadership role, not just a "box checker." You are a strategic "builder" of process, a "force multiplier" who can create clarity from chaos and own a multi-year transformation from concept to completion.
You thrive in a fast-paced "startup mentality" where you can take full ownership. You have deep expertise in data center operations, complex infrastructure programs, and large-scale cloud transformations (AWS, Azure, GCP). You are a master of program governance, financial oversight, and executive-level communication.
What You'll Do
• Define the Enterprise Strategy: Drive the enterprise-wide strategy for data center migration, consolidation, and cloud adoption, aligning our technical roadmap with long-term business goals.
• Build the Program, Don't Just Run It: Develop and own the comprehensive program roadmap, business cases, and financial models to justify and track our transformation.
• Lead Program Governance: Establish and lead a robust governance framework (steering committees, workstreams) to ensure alignment and accountability across the entire organization.
• Own Execution and Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end execution of the migration program, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources with minimal disruption to the business.
• Manage Financials and Vendors: Own the entire multi-million dollar program budget, from forecasting to tracking. Lead contract negotiations and manage key vendor and cloud provider relationships.
• Be the Executive Communicator: Serve as the primary point of contact for all program communications, building strong relationships and delivering clear updates to C-suite and business leaders.
What You Bring (Requirements)
• 15+ years of experience in IT Project/Program Management, with a deep background in data center operations, network engineering, or enterprise systems.
• 10+ years of experience in a formal Program Management role, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, complex enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
• 7+ years of direct, hands-on experience planning and executing large-scale data center migrations, consolidations, or cloud transformations.
• Extensive experience in a senior leadership role, with demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate at the executive level.
• Deep understanding of data center infrastructure (power, cooling, networking) and application migration methodologies.
• A "builder" mindset and a "startup mentality" – you are here to build the function, not just operate in a pre-defined one.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing large, complex budgets.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification (highly desirable).
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Certified Data Centre Project Management (CDCPM).
• Familiarity with ITIL framework.
Why You'll Love It Here
• Our Product is Our People: We live by this. We invest in people who invest in themselves. Your growth is our growth.
• True Servant Leadership: Our CTO leads with a "force multiplier" philosophy. Management is here to empower you and clear roadblocks, not to micromanage. We won't ask you to do anything we're not willing to do ourselves.
• Flat Organization, Real Impact: Your voice and designs will directly shape our technical roadmap and our clients' success. You'll work on the latest tech to solve real problems.
• A "Learn-from-it" Culture: We're moving fast and building new things. We believe mistakes are learning opportunities, not failures.
We seek diverse talent who are ready to make an immediate impact. We believe that innovation thrives when teams are built with a variety of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. If you are excited by this mission, we encourage you to apply, even if your experience doesn't perfectly match every qualification listed.
