About the team
The Domains Team powers the foundation of every digital presence built on HighLevel. Our mission is to enable agencies and their clients to seamlessly purchase, connect, manage, and transfer domains with reliability, speed, and zero technical friction.

We are building HighLevel into a full-fledged domain registrar. The Domains team owns the full domain lifecycle including:
- Domain search, purchase, & provisioningDNS configuration management
- Domain connection and verificationSecurity (SSL issuance, DNSSEC considerations, etc.)
- Domain transfer in/out workflows
- Cloudflare Registrar integration and future registrar expansions

This team is critical for delivering a world-class publishing experience for Funnels, Websites, Memberships, and all customer-facing assets.

About the role
HighLevel is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Domains product line, owning the strategy and execution behind domain purchasing, connection, DNS setup, and transfers. In this role, you will:
- Enhance the domain purchasing experience as easy as top registrars
- Develop automated DNS & SSL workflows for effortless setup
- Improve domain reliability, uptime, and propagation speed
- Create intuitive tools for agency-level domain management
- Improve transfer workflows for users moving domains in or out of HighLevel

You will work closely with engineering, infra/security, design, billing, and partnerships to deliver a best-in-class domain experience for agencies and SMBs.

Your Responsibilities
- Set the long-term vision for domain management, including search, purchase, DNS configuration, transfers, renewals, and security.
- Build seamless workflows for searching, purchasing, and provisioning domains.
- Work closely with registrar APIs (e.g., Cloudflare) to expand TLD support and reliability.
- Develop automated DNS setup flows for funnels, websites, email sending, and other services.
- Reduce failure points and eliminate manual DNS complexity for users.
- Build frictionless processes for: Transferring domains from external registrars to HighLevelEnsure compliance with ICANN and registrar-level requirements.
- Improve SSL issuance, DNS management flows, error handling, and system monitoring.
- Conduct interviews, study support tickets, and analyze user behavior to identify friction points and opportunities.
- Work closely with engineering, design, support, billing, legal, and partnerships teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Write clear requirements, run sprint priorities, validate releases, and iterate quickly based on feedback.

Experience
- 5–6 years of Product Management experience in SaaS, hosting, cloud infrastructure, DNS, or domain registrars
- Experience working with infrastructure or backend-heavy systems
- Strong UI/UX sensibilities and ability to work closely with designers
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams on complex frontend + backend product builds
- Exposure to or interest in AI-driven workflows, LLM-powered assistants, and generative UI systems
- Proven ability to drive strategy, prioritize effectively, and deliver with ownership
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
