ABOUT YOUR ROLE 职位描述:

负责与前端部门与客户需求的对接，包装结构类新产品与新材料的开发测试与工艺改善, 产品技术资料的整理, 后工艺技术与工艺标准的制订，包装结构类产品工艺标准的制订，后工艺设备与生产能力的建立，对生产线提供技术与工艺支持。

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 工作职责:

1）产品工艺：负责与前端部门与客户需求的对接，包装结构类新产品与新材料的开发测试与工艺改善, 产品技术资料的整理, 后工艺技术与工艺标准的制订，包装结构类产品工艺标准的制订；制订与测试新产品与工艺路线，促成产品打稿的最终落地与交付；

2）项目管理：项目结果与收益为导向，制订项目计划与任务，管理项目进度，把控风险，监控并追踪项目落地，重视团队合作，推动产品工艺与生产改善项目，以及关键新产品开发项目；

3）后工艺设备：现有后工艺设备的持续改善，与新设备的测试与引进，对生产线提供后工艺相关的技术与工艺支持

- 大学本科毕业，理工科基础（印刷工程/包装材料/机械等相关专业）；

- 具有产品/工艺工程师经验；熟悉印刷工程/包装材料行业优先；

- 熟悉包装结构类产品的特点与工艺性能，以及产品后工艺相关技术和设备；

- 英语读写熟练，至少四级以上；

- 熟悉Word和Excel以及生产电脑系统的流程和使用；

- 不少于5年的相关技术/产品/工艺工作经验；

-细心, 负责，具有钻研精神，具快速的学习能力和适应环境的能力；

-观察力强，强烈的改进意识；

-跨部门合作与沟通能力；

-积极主动解决问题的态度
