We’re seeking a highly driven Product Analyst with strong analytical thinking and a passion for data-driven product development. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our product by turning complex data into actionable insights. Your Responsibilities

• Track and Improve KPIs: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, monitor, and improve product performance metrics.

• Uncover Insights: Dive deep into user data to identify trends, uncover problems or opportunities, and generate new product hypotheses.

• Guide Strategy with Data: Drive product strategies and decision-making with compelling data narratives and business insights.

• Design & Analyze Experiments: Plan and execute A/B tests to rigorously measure the impact of product changes.

• Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain clear, insightful dashboards and reports that empower teams to make data-informed decisions.

• Automate Reporting: Automate recurring reporting workflows for efficiency and scalability, using tools like Python and cron jobs.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in a product/data analyst role, preferably in a fast-paced tech or startup environment.

• Strong command of SQL and relational databases for efficient data querying and manipulation and Proficiency in Python (or similar scripting languages) for advanced analysis

• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Excel to tell compelling stories through data.

• Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation best practices.

• Experience automating reports and working with cron or similar scheduling tools.
