Job Description-

Key Responsibilities-

• Planning & Tracking – Owns timelines, milestones, and RAID logs. Keeps everything current without being chased.

• Cross-functional Coordination – Aligns engineering, product, business, and vendors around shared delivery goals.

• Process Discipline – Enforces intake, prioritization, and documentation practices consistently across teams.

• Communication & Escalation – Translates technical complexity into crisp leadership updates. Knows when and how to escalate.

• Technical Fluency – Comfortable with APIs, data flows, and integration concepts. Can engage credibly with engineering.

• Tooling Proficiency – Jira, Confluence, Productboard. Advanced Excel

• Risk & Dependency Management – Proactively maps blockers and sequencing risks before they impact delivery.

• Documentation – Maintains clean, auditable records across the project lifecycle.

Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or a similar delivery-focused role.

• Strong track record of managing cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to leadership.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining structure and follow-through.

• Experience working closely with engineering and product teams.

• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Productboard, and advanced Excel.

• Strong understanding of project governance, dependency management, and risk mitigation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technology, software, platform, or digital transformation environments.

• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, system workflows, and data architecture concepts.

• Experience managing external vendors and third-party delivery partners.

• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar project/program management certification is a plus.
