· Strong knowledge of Project Management and IT Governance Activity.

· Experience in IT Management Control, IT Budget, Project Management, Capacity Planning, IT Audits, Reporting and Producing Dashboard.

· Excellent teamwork and client service skills.

· Clear, concise and professional written communication skills.

· Make persuasive presentations on complex topics to top management, public groups and/or boards and employees.

· Write reports, correspondence, and other required documentation.

· Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

· Self-dependent, creative, proactive, fast learner, strict and good sense of organization.

· The individual will be required to travel and work at various BNP Paribas locations in order to fulfil their duties as part of the ITIP Team.

· The individual will be required to have knowledge & understanding of various service / regulatory standards, work processes & procedures.

Education Background:

· B.COM, BE / B.Tech or equivalent degree.

· Independent, analytical, detail-oriented and self-motivated.

· Excellent teamwork and client service skills.

Preferred Industry/Domain Experience:

· 6 to 8 years of experience in PMO and Governance Domain

· PMP Certified Preferred

· Banking Background Preferred
