As a Senior Paid Media Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of
multi-channel paid media campaigns while managing a team of specialists to deliver
measurable growth. You will oversee campaign planning, performance analysis, and client
relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives. In addition to driving innovation and
collaboration across departments, you will monitor budgets closely, assess risks of
overspending, and implement controls to maximize efficiency and return on
investment—positioning the company and its clients at the forefront of paid media excellence.
A. Strategic Leadership
a. Develop and oversee paid media strategies across Facebook, Google, LinkedIn,
TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, Spotify, and programmatic platforms.
b. Align paid media initiatives with overall marketing and business objectives,
ensuring ROI/ROAS targets are consistently met.
c. Lead media planning and budget allocation to maximize efficiency and
profitability.
B. Campaign Management
a. Direct end-to-end campaign execution: keyword strategy, audience
segmentation, landing page optimization, ad copywriting, and analytics
integration.
b. Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, proactively optimizing campaigns to
achieve growth targets.
c. Implement A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve campaign
performance.
C. Analytics & Reporting
a. Translate complex data from Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads,
TikTok Ads, and other platforms into actionable insights.
b. Deliver clear, strategic performance reports to leadership and clients,
highlighting opportunities for growth and efficiency.
D. Cross-Functional Collaboration
a. Partner with Creative, Copywriting, SEO, UX, Social, Content, and Tech/DevOps
teams to ensure cohesive execution of paid media campaigns.
b. Integrate paid media into the broader marketing mix, driving synergy across
channels.
E. Client & Stakeholder Management
a. Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, managing expectations, presenting
strategies, and leading pitches.
b. Communicate campaign progress, OKRs, and strategic recommendations to
leadership and stakeholders.
F. Team Development
a. Mentor and guide junior paid media specialists, ensuring high-quality output and
professional growth.
b. Standardize processes, tools, and reporting frameworks to elevate team
efficiency and consistency.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science/Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale paid media budgets and delivering measurable business results.
• Project management experience preferred.
Type of Skills and/or LICENSING/CERTIFICATION Required:
Must be knowledgeable in Google Workspace.
● Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced
environment
● Driven, passionate, and self-motivated
● Should demonstrate expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
● Knowledgeable of other paid ads platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Spotify, and other
emerging platforms)
● Should have intermediate to expert-level experience in the following:
○ Google Analytics

○ MS Excel/Google Sheets
○ Meta Business Suite
○ Meta Ads Manager
○ Analyzing Data
○ A/B Testing
