This role is central to maintaining our leadership in Child Resistant (CR) packaging. You will manage quality cases, work closely with our outsourced manufacturing partners, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to the development and validation of safe, functional, and high-quality packaging solutions. No task is too small or too big—you’ll own your projects from end to end, with full support and trust from your team.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of quality cases reported by customers, coordinating investigations, documentation, and corrective actions with suppliers.
Collaborate with outsourced vendors to uphold our packaging quality standards and resolve production issues.
Create and manage test protocols, packaging specifications, and compliance documentation for new and existing products.
Ensure packaging materials meet all relevant food-contact safety and regulatory requirements.
Collect and maintain vendor documentation such as safety certifications, compliance declarations, and material data.
Support the qualification and improvement of Child Resistant packaging formats, including testing and performance validation.
Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, from addressing customer concerns to implementing design improvements.
Drive continuous improvement efforts across packaging quality, compliance, and design — often working cross-functionally within a small, agile team.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements for food-contact and consumer packaging
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
