Optimiza is looking for a Senior Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Consultant to join our innovative team. In this role, you will utilize your extensive knowledge of Oracle EPM solutions to assist our clients in transforming their financial and operational processes. Your expertise will be crucial in implementing and optimizing EPM applications to enhance decision-making and performance management across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, including Planning, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.
• Conduct detailed requirements analysis and develop comprehensive project plans that align with clients' strategic goals.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to configure applications to meet specific budgeting, forecasting, and reporting needs.
• Develop and deliver end-user training to ensure effective utilization of EPM applications.
• Perform data integration, migration, and transformation tasks to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for EPM applications, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Stay current with industry trends and Oracle EPM innovations to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience with Oracle EPM solutions, with a focus on implementations and financial processes.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting methodologies.
• Proven experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS), HFM, FDMEE, or similar applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Oracle EPM certification or relevant financial certifications are a plus.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects is desirable.
