Responsible for operating complicated equipment.

Job Summary:
Responsible for operating/controlling/maintaining complicated equipment and monitoring its operations so that product quality and inventory are maintained, and provides coaching and guidance in order to develop technical expertise within the company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operates and controls complicated equipment and monitors its operations across all process areas.

• Conducts appropriate safety staff briefings to maintain operational safety.

• Conducts observations on unsafe/safe acts and reports in a timely manner.

• Prepares relevant shift/daily reports of a normal operational nature across the process areas.

• Undertakes troubleshooting of a normal operational nature across the process areas.

• Operates and controls critical equipment and monitors its operations across all process areas.

• Deputizes for the supervisor and provides guidance to other less experienced operators.

• Guides and trains junior operators, ensuring that all field activities are well understood and practiced.
